Using the imagination

The "Great Spirit" of the universe, or
God, the Universal Mind, Jesus Christhood
or whatever you identify this conciusness
as being presence, is at one with you.
This is hard to accept that at the most
"real" level, we are at one with our Creator.
And it also totally negates the possibility
of there being any kind of "death" - but
that's another story.
However, prove it to yourself by starting to
meditate each day. I can't describe to you
how much joy, happiness and prosperity it
will bring to you to know your true freedom.
Meditation is proven to be able to help the
brain function optimally. Meditation, helps
one to reduce their so-called "stress" or
"fears." I do not wish to undermine these
things, bit I do think they are experiences
manufactured by human beings themselves, for
which we are each individually responsible.
There has never been a system of applying
external "effects" to treat the stress
"effects". The change must come from within
ourselves. Just as we must take our first
breath. So there are times in our lives when
even God challenges us to heal ourselves with
the incredible technology we have been given
ie. the brain.
In meditation, we can utilize our imagination
just like when we were a children. I believe
it is healthier to reclaim this childlike
quality of being able to dream big dreams.
Inspire yourself, go deep into trance, go
within and get in touch with that part
of your nature which is beyond words, thoughts
feelings and sounds. Find the part of you
"that which you are - and always have been".
Using your imagination to create is sometimes
called creative visualisation. It is not
easy, but it is effortless. The author
finds it challenging to set aside time and
do such valuable excercises himself, despite
the technology available to him!
You can make use of your dominant sensory
modality, e.g. auditory, visual, kinaesthetic.
And use that as a basis for your "visualisation"
added in the constituents of your vision which
you are creating or co-creating. It
is easier to do so in a deeply relaxing
situation.
Use your imagination in this way today and
create some resourceful feelings and states for
yourself. You can even "anchor" them into
your neurology according to "NLP" - neuro
linguistic programming.
To do this, go deeply into trance as best
you can, using meditation, releasing,
UBE [Ultimate Brain Entrainment Tech.] or
some other form of deep relaxation. Then,
think of a resourceful state you'd like to
experience more of in your life.
Think of a time in your life where you
experienced that resourceful state. Then
associate fully with the experience. Fully
relive it in your imagination. As the
feelings come back try to double their
intensity. Notice where they're coming
from in your feeling-awareness - i.e. in
your body and "see" if there is a color or
colored pattern associated with what you
are feeling.
Imagine the color or pattern travel around
youir whole body, like you're bathing in it,
whilst continuing feeling the resourceful
state and increasing those feelings to a peak.
Squeeze together your finger and thumb as
the state "peaks".
Next, come back to awareness by remembering
your cellphone number, or a credit card PIN.
Look around. Test that you have effectively
"anchored" the feeling. Squeeze your thumb
and finger together and notice if the feelings
and color come back. If not, consciously bring
back the color or pattern into mind and
stimulate the bringing back of the resourceful
feelings. Powerful, huh?
Give yourself some real approval for doing
this excercise, you deserve it heaps.
